Yes, besides the software you can download for free from the website, you can choose two additional modules: the Fit Coach and the Sit-Stand Coach. With the Fit Coach module, you get (fitness) exercises during break moments, and the Sit-Stand Coach automatically adjusts the height of your desk for a healthy change.
MSIX works by default on Windows 10/11, but it can be blocked. Check the following options (possibly together with your IT support):
1. Enable sideloading
Go to Settings → Privacy & security → For developers. Turn on Developer mode (or at least “Sideload apps”).
2. Install/update App Installer
Search for “App Installer” in the Microsoft Store and update it. This is the component that handles .msix files.
3. Trust the certificate
Right-click the .msix file → Properties → Digital Signatures tab. Install the certificate under “Trusted People” or “Trusted Root Certification Authorities”. Then try installing again.
4. Install via PowerShell
PowerShell Add-AppxPackage -Path “C:pathtofile.msix”
This means Access Denied. You probably get this error code because, for security reasons, you don’t have permission to install the software. Contact your IT department/administrator to get approval for the installation.
If the error message “The application installer could not install the package dependencies. Contact the developer for the package” appears.
Click on the Microsoft logo in Windows
Type “powershell” in the search bar
Click on the search result “Powershell”
A screen will open.
Click on the line below: “Invoke-WebRequest -Uri https://aka.ms/windowsappsdk/1.2/latest/windowsappruntimeinstall-x64.exe -OutFile “WindowsAppRuntimeInstall.exe” – the installer needed for the required runtime will be downloaded.
Then enter the following line in the screen below – “.WindowsAppRuntimeInstall.exe -quiet”
The installer will now run. Wait until it’s finished.
Once the installation is complete, reinstall the R-Go software. The problem should then be resolved.
