Purchase orders

Once a parcel has been registered with the delivery service, we can no longer make any changes. If you have not yet received a tracking number, please send an email to sales@r-go-tools.com with the updated delivery address as soon as possible. If you do have a tracking number, please contact the relevant delivery service.

  • Once an order has been placed, no further changes can be made.
  • If the order is already on its way and you have a tracking number, please do NOT accept the delivery. The product will then be automatically returned to us and there will be no return costs.
  • If you do accept the delivery, please contact us immediately for further processing.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Send an email with your cancellation to sales@r-go-tools.com as soon as possible. However, there is a good chance that your order has already been processed. In that case, it is best not to accept the delivery, so that the product will be automatically returned to us.

The product page indicates whether a product is in stock or (temporarily) unavailable. Please note: when ordering from abroad, make sure you select the correct warehouse.

You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days for orders within the Netherlands. For orders within Europe or the US, the delivery time is 3-5 days.

You can pay via iDeal, Klarna, PayPal, Giropay and credit card.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive the invoice by email.
