Refunds and Returns
Need to return a product or want to know the status of your RMA request?
Purchase orders
Please fill in your bank details on the RMA form. Once we have received your return in good order, we will transfer the amount to the specified bank account number.
- Fill in the RMA form
- Our RMA department will contact you.
- You will receive a DHL return label by email.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging for return shipment and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at a DHL Service Point.
- Once we have received the parcel in good order, we will process it as quickly as possible.
- Fill in the RMA form within 30 days. Our RMA department will contact you.
- You return the parcel at your own expense in the original packaging, undamaged.
Once we have received the product in good order, you will receive your refund within two weeks.
You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of the RMA form. Once we have received the returned product, it will take a few days to process. If you would like to know the exact status, please email rma@r-go-tools.com. The return should be processed within two weeks.
