How do I cancel my order?

Send an email with your cancellation to sales@r-go-tools.com as soon as possible. However, there is a good chance that your order has already been processed. In that case, it is best not to accept the delivery, so that the product will be automatically returned to us.

Can I change the delivery address of a current order?

Once a parcel has been registered with the delivery service, we can no longer make any changes. If you have not yet received a tracking number, please send an email to sales@r-go-tools.com with the updated delivery address as soon as possible. If you do have a tracking number, please contact the relevant delivery service.

Is my product in stock?

The product page indicates whether a product is in stock or (temporarily) unavailable. Please note: when ordering from abroad, make sure you select the correct warehouse.

What are your delivery times?

You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days for orders within the Netherlands. For orders within Europe or the US, the delivery time is 3-5 days.
