The vertical shape of the R-Go HE mouse ensures that you move the mouse with your arm instead of the wrist. This relieves small muscles and tendons in the wrist and hand and can prevent annoying complaints such as CANS. The mouse is intentionally lightweight, so you need less muscle tension to move it.

The R-Go HE Break Mouse is an ergonomic vertical mouse with integrated break software. This smart mouse helps you remember when it’s time for a break. The ergonomic R-Go HE Break mouse has a vertical position, so you will automatically move the mouse with your forearm instead of just your hand. This prevents strain injuries, such as CANS. The HE Break mouse has a round shape, so your hand and wrist are in a natural, relaxed position. The mouse fits comfortably in your hand and supports all fingers. Are you left- or right-handed? We have different versions and sizes available, so the mouse fits every hand. The LED colour signals in the mouse indicate how healthy you are working and when it is time for a break. The mouse encourages you to take breaks on a frequent basis. These vital breaks help prevent physical complaints, stimulate blood circulation in the body and keep you fit during your working day. During mouse usage, the light changes colour, like a traffic light. Green means ‘good job’, orange that it is time for a break, red that you have been working too long. By using these subtle colour signals, you receive feedback on healthy (break) behaviour in a simple and positive way. Ja, das stimmt. Unsere kabellosen Produkte funktionieren über Bluetooth. Sie müssen Ihre Maus nur einmal mit Ihrem Computer koppeln.

Haben Sie eine Bluetooth-Maus R-Go Break mit grauen Tasten und die Bluetooth-Funktion ist gestört?

Sie können einen neuen Bluetooth-Dongle erhalten. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns dazu. Stecken Sie diesen Dongle in Ihren Computer, schalten Sie die Maus ein und halten Sie die Kopplungstaste 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Die R-Go Bluetooth-Maus wird sich automatisch mit Ihrem Computer verbinden.

Meine drahtlose Maus stottert / Der Mauszeiger reagiert langsam auf den Bildschirm, wenn ich meine Maus bewege. Wie kann ich das beheben?

Dies liegt nicht an der Maus, sondern am Computer. Dafür gibt es oft 2 Ursachen:

  1. Es sind mehrere Bluetooth-Geräte mit dem Computer verbunden. Dadurch kann es vorkommen, dass der Computer die Bluetooth-Informationen von Ihrer Maus mit einer Verzögerung verarbeitet. Der Mauszeiger scheint dann zu stocken. Dies geht in der Regel innerhalb einer Minute von selbst vorbei und die Maus funktioniert wieder normal.
  2. Der Computer hat zu diesem Zeitpunkt viele Programme gleichzeitig zu laden. Dadurch werden die Bluetooth-Informationen der Maus mit geringerer Priorität verarbeitet und dadurch verzögert. In der Regel vergeht dies innerhalb einer Minute von selbst und die Maus funktioniert wieder normal.

Bei der Bedienung einer leichteren Maus, benötigen Sie weniger Kraft und damit weniger Muskelspannung, um die Maus zu bewegen.

Wie kann ich die DPI-Einstellung der Maus ändern?

Bei den verkabelten/drahtlosen Mäusen mittlerer Größe: Die DPI-Taste befindet sich an der Unterseite der Maus und ist mit “DPI” beschriftet. Mit einem Klick ändert sich der DPI-Wert um 1 Mal.

Bei den verkabelten/drahtlosen großen Mäusen: Die DPI-Taste befindet sich hinter der linken und rechten Maustaste.

Wie kann ich feststellen, ob mein Computer über Bluetooth verfügt?

  • Gehen Sie im Windows-Menü zu “Einstellungen” und klicken Sie auf “Geräte”.
  • Prüfen Sie, ob in der angezeigten Zeile “Bluetooth” steht.
  • Wenn ja, prüfen Sie, ob Bluetooth tatsächlich eingeschaltet ist.

Achtung: Verwenden Sie nun keinen Bluetooth-Dongle, da sonst keine Verbindung möglich ist!

Wie verbinde ich meine drahtlose Bluetooth-Maus mit meinem Computer?

  • Schalten Sie Bluetooth auf “Ein”.
